Please note that the following extra fees apply for late check-in:

- 18:00 - 20:00: EUR 30

- After 20:00: EUR 50

Should the apartment be vacant the night prior to your arrival, check-in before 14:00 may be possible. Please contact the property for more information.

Please note that if guests are late or do not show up for check-out, an extra charge of EUR 30 will apply.

Please note that guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before check-out.

Please note that if the dishes are not washed and the rubbish is not taken out, an additional EUR 80 may be taken from the security deposit.

Please note that should you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or French bank holiday, there will be a EUR 30 supplement.

Please note that smoking is permitted on the terrace/balcony only.

Guests are requested to refrain from making excessive noise. Please inform Consul in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 1500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
